Privacy
- We keep what you put in, so the app can work for you. Nothing more.
- Your data is never sold. No ads, no tracking, no analytics cookies.
- Your artist page stays private until you put it online. Sign-up asks, and you can switch it any time.
- Write to us any time to see, fix, export or delete what we hold.
Who is responsible
Mainfloor Ltd (company under registration) runs Mainfloor and decides what happens to your data (the “controller”, in data-protection terms). Questions, requests or complaints: support@mainfloor.app. A person answers, not a bot.
Postal address: Mainfloor Ltd, Mainstreet 8, 6270 Brattvaag, Norway.
What we keep
Only what you enter, plus what the app needs to run your account:
- Your account
- Your e-mail address, when you signed up and last signed in, your plan, and your answers in the sign-up questions.
- Each artist name
- The name, genres, where you're based, bios, links, booking address, logo, header and photos you upload, tech rider link, your stage and goals, how far you travel, what you already have (mixes, press kit, clips), and fee and availability notes if you add them.
- Gigs
- Date, venue, city, set time, fee, notes and the checklist for each booking.
- Radar
- The calls you save and how far you've got with each, calls you send in, your saved filters, and the fit scores worked out for you.
- Pipeline
- Your contacts, deals, activities (notes, calls, messages you log) and message templates.
- Weekly digest
- Whether it's on for you, and when the last one went out.
- Plan limits
- Counters for metered features, such as fit scores used this month.
- Invites
- If we invited you: that we sent you a sign-in link, when, and to which address. The address is removed from that record when your account is deleted.
- Help we give you
- When you ask for help, we can open a read-only view of your account. Each time is recorded: who looked, when, and why if a reason was given.
If you send in a call and we publish it on the radar, it stays there for everyone after you leave, without your name on it.
What's public
Each artist name can have a public page at mainfloor.app/a/your-name. It starts private: the last sign-up screen, Put your page online?, asks first, and a second artist name starts private too. Once you put it online, anyone can see it and search engines can find it, because it exists to be found by promoters. It shows your name, genres, bios, where you're based, links, booking address, logo, header and photos, and the confirmed gigs you mark as public. Fees, notes and riders never show.
To put it online or take it offline: in the app, open Page and use Page is public. Pictures you upload are stored at web addresses anyone can open if they already have the exact link, even after you switch the page off. Delete a picture in the app and the file is deleted too.
Where it's processed
Three services run Mainfloor for us. They handle your data only to do that job. All three are US companies; we use their EU locations.
- Supabase
- The database, sign-in and your uploaded pictures. Frankfurt, Germany.
- Vercel
- Runs the app. The server code runs in Frankfurt, Germany; pages reach you through its worldwide network.
- Resend
- Sends the sign-in e-mail (from auth.mainfloor.app) and the weekly digest (from news.mainfloor.app). Ireland.
Like any website, these services also log technical details of each visit (such as your IP address and browser) to keep the service secure. Nothing you store is sent to an AI provider today. If that changes, this page changes first.
Cookies
We use a few small cookies, all needed for the app to work or to remember a choice you made. None of them are for tracking or ads, and there are no third-party cookies, analytics or pixels.
- ap_theme
- Dark or Bright, as you chose. One year.
- ap_template
- The look you picked. One year.
- ap_identity
- Which of your artist names you're working as. One year.
- sb-…-auth-token
- Keeps you signed in (sometimes split into numbered pieces). Removed when you sign out.
- sb-…-code-verifier
- Used for a moment while you sign in, then removed.
The message-template drafter also remembers the details you typed into it (your own name and links) in this browser only, so you don't have to type them again. That never leaves your device.
We send a sign-in e-mail only when you ask for one. Plans that include the weekly digest get it every Monday: new calls that fit you and deadlines coming up. It's on by default, and you can switch it off with the link in every digest or under Feed in the app. We send no other e-mail today.
Never sold
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the three services above, which only use it to run Mainfloor. The only exception is if the law requires us to hand something over.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Most of it you can edit yourself in the app. For anything else, write to support@mainfloor.app from the address you sign in with, and we'll answer within a month.
To delete your account, write to us. We delete it from our admin console: the account and everything in it (artist names, page, gigs, contacts, deals, activities and uploaded pictures), then your sign-in. The record of the deletion keeps neither your name nor your e-mail address. Calls you sent in that we published stay on the radar, without your name.
If you think we've got it wrong, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists, until you ask us to delete it. We haven't set a period yet for removing accounts nobody uses; when we do, it will be written here. The technical logs our services keep follow their own standard periods.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects what happens to your data, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.
